 As part of its 75th Anniversary, the Lebanon Rotary Club will donate $30,000 to support instructional technology at Lebanon Junior High School and Lebanon High School.  The donation will be made in increments of $10,000 per year over the next three years.  Eight Smart Boards were installed in March, 2011, with a total of 24 over a period of the three years.

2009 Melva Palmer Ellis Scholarship Recipients:
 The Melva Palmer Ellis and Interact Scholarships  were given to 13 area high school seniors Thursday, April 30, 2009.  The scholarships provide tuition assistance for area students who plan to become teachers.  A total of $7,000  will be distributed among the students. ($500 for each student)  Pictured above are the winners of the Melva Palmer Ellis Scholarship.  Pictured on the first row from left: Casie Walthall, Jessica Winfrey, Andrew Adkins and Jessica Leuchtmann.  Second row:  Rachel Stephens, Jennifer Canfield, Toni Harrison, Amber Mulligan, Abby Stroup, Katie Ritchel and President Marc.

Lebanon Rotary Club Makes Donation to Local Organizations
